Lantana Community Fellowship seeks Worship Music Leader.

Plan and lead congregational worship music for weekly services and special events. Direct volunteer worship team rehearsals; perform vocally and/or instrumentally during services; recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer musicians and vocalists; prepare worship materials; schedule rehearsals and service participation; collaborate with pastoral staff to align worship with service themes; and assist with basic audio/visual equipment setup and operation.

Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent required. Minimum 24 months of experience leading or assisting worship music teams in a church or similar setting required. Must possess the ability to lead worship vocally and/or instrumentally; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; familiarity with worship planning tools and basic sound equipment operation; and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for services and rehearsals.
